The Lookout is the largest apartment in the collection: three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious terrace for shared dinners above the town. Two queen bedrooms and a twin bedroom sleep six without using a sofa bed.
The sea-view concept comes with stairs: the apartment is on the third floor with no lift. The walk back from the beach is uphill. It is best for guests who are comfortable with both and want more room to gather.

How does booking directly work?
Choose dates, review your quote and send an enquiry. Your host checks this apartment’s availability and sends a written offer and payment instructions. A booking is confirmed only after acceptance and the required payment clears. This demo creates a local preview only.
What is included in the price?
Accommodation for up to 6 guests, Wi-Fi, utilities, air conditioning, linen, bath towels and local tourist tax. Cleaning is €85 per stay and is added to the quote. A €250 refundable damage deposit is separate. Two reserved parking spaces are included, approximately 80 m from the entrance. This distance is illustrative; there are stairs from the entrance to the apartment. Meals, beach equipment and transfers are not included. No guest booking fee.
When do I pay?
Example policy: 30% of the holiday total after host confirmation, then 70% fourteen days before arrival. For arrivals within fourteen days, the full holiday total is due on confirmation. The separate €250 deposit is collected before check-in and returned within seven days of departure, less documented damage. This demo takes no money.
What if my plans change?
Cancel at least 30 days before arrival for a full refund. At 14–29 days, the charge is 30% of accommodation after the stay discount. Under 14 days, or for a no-show, the charge is 100% of that accommodation amount. Unused cleaning fees and the deposit are refunded. Cutoffs are 15:00 Europe/Sofia. Refunds are initiated within seven business days. Date changes need host agreement and can change the price.
