How does booking directly work?
Choose dates, review your quote and send an enquiry. Your host checks this apartment’s availability and sends a written offer and payment instructions. A booking is confirmed only after acceptance and the required payment clears. This demo creates a local preview only.
What is included in the price?
Accommodation for up to 4 guests, Wi-Fi, utilities, air conditioning, linen, bath towels and local tourist tax. Cleaning is €45 per stay and is added to the quote. A €150 refundable damage deposit is separate. One reserved parking space is included, approximately 100 m from the apartment. This is an illustrative walking distance. Meals, beach equipment and transfers are not included. No guest booking fee.
When do I pay?
Example policy: 30% of the holiday total after host confirmation, then 70% fourteen days before arrival. For arrivals within fourteen days, the full holiday total is due on confirmation. The separate €150 deposit is collected before check-in and returned within seven days of departure, less documented damage. This demo takes no money.
What if my plans change?
Cancel at least 30 days before arrival for a full refund. At 14–29 days, the charge is 30% of accommodation after the stay discount. Under 14 days, or for a no-show, the charge is 100% of that accommodation amount. Unused cleaning fees and the deposit are refunded. Cutoffs are 15:00 Europe/Sofia. Refunds are initiated within seven business days. Date changes need host agreement and can change the price.
