Marea House is a private, one-bedroom apartment made for unhurried summer days. Share breakfast on the terrace, walk down to the sand, then come home to a cool, quiet space of your own.
There’s a proper kitchen for market finds, a separate bedroom for early nights and a comfortable living room for the occasional do-nothing afternoon. You’ll have the whole apartment, with an English-speaking host a message away.

No lift: two flights of stairs, about 32 steps. Not wheelchair accessible. No pool, daily housekeeping, breakfast or dedicated workspace. Street noise may be audible in peak summer. Children need supervision on the terrace. A cot and high chair are available only if confirmed in advance.

How does booking directly work?
Choose dates and review the full quote. Send an enquiry with your party details. Your host checks availability and sends a written offer, the cancellation terms and a secure payment link. A reservation is confirmed only after you accept the offer and the required payment clears. In this demo, the form creates a local preview only.
What is included in the price?
Accommodation for up to four guests, Wi-Fi, utilities, air conditioning, linen, bath towels, one parking space and local tourist tax. Cleaning is €45 per stay and is added to your quote. Beach equipment, airport transfers and meals are not included. There is no guest booking fee. A refundable €150 damage deposit is separate from the holiday price.
When do I pay?
Example policy: 30% of the holiday total after the host confirms your request; the remaining 70% is due 14 days before arrival. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, the full amount is due on confirmation. The €150 damage deposit is collected separately before check-in and returned within seven days of check-out, less any documented damage. No money or card details are collected here.
What if my plans change?
Example policy: cancel at least 30 calendar days before arrival for a full refund of payments made. Cancel 14–29 days before arrival and the charge is 30% of the accommodation amount after any stay discount. Cancel fewer than 14 days before arrival, or do not arrive, and the charge is 100% of that accommodation amount. Unused cleaning fees and the damage deposit are refunded. Cutoffs are 15:00 in Europe/Sofia on the relevant date. Refunds are initiated within seven business days. Date changes depend on availability and may change the price.
Is it suitable for children or four adults?
Children are welcome. The apartment works best for two adults and two children, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a 140 × 200 cm sofa bed in the living room. Four adults may stay, but will share the sofa bed and one bathroom. Total occupancy is four, including infants. Request a cot or high chair before booking; they are not guaranteed. The terrace and stairs require adult supervision.
Do I need a car? How do I get there?
For this concept location, the beach, food shops and old town are within walking distance. One parking space is included, approximately 100 m away. Burgas Airport (BOJ) is the suggested arrival airport. Your host can share transfer options; transfers are priced separately by the provider. All property distances here are illustrative and need verification for a real apartment.
Can I work remotely or bring a pet?
Wi-Fi is included, but no verified speed or uninterrupted connection is promised. There is a dining table, not a dedicated office. Pets are not accepted in this example listing. Contact the host about access requirements before making a request.
